Ultreyas

Ultreyas are Christian community gatherings for fellowship, prayer, sharing, and inspiration.  They take their name from the shout, "Ultreya!" used by pilgrims on the road to St. John Compostela in Spain to encourage each other.  "Ultreya!" means "Onward!  Persevere!  Keep going!"   The purpose of Ultreya gatherings is for us to encourage each other to persevere on our Christian journey.

All baptized Christians are welcome to attend Ultreyas, so bring a friend!

Ultreyas for the Spokane-Colville and Kootenai deaneries are scheduled bi-monthly.  Rick Devenport & Chere' Hair arrange the dates, times and places -- check back for updates.

Ultreyas are just getting started again in the Walla Walla area (Snake River deanery).  For more information, contact Fr. Richard Reynolds.

If you're from another part of the diocese and would like to get a regular Ultreya going,  contact Rick Devenport -- he'll be happy to explain what it takes, and give you all the help he can.
